**Check-in Time:**
Your apartment will be ready for you from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards. If you anticipate arriving later in the evening, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

**Getting to the Apartment:**
The property is conveniently located at 1, Calle Menorca, 29004, Málaga.
- **From Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP):** The apartment is very close to the airport. A short taxi ride is the quickest option. Alternatively, you can use public transport; we are located just steps from a metro station, providing an excellent connection.
- **By Metro:** Our proximity to a metro station makes traveling from the main train station (Málaga María Zambrano) or other parts of the city incredibly easy.

**Arrival & Key Collection:**
A few days before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm your estimated arrival time. This allows us to coordinate a seamless key handover.

We offer a personal meet-and-greet service where a member of our team will welcome you at the property. They will give you the keys, show you around the apartment and the building's facilities (like the stunning rooftop pool and lounge area), and answer any questions you may have to help you settle in comfortably.

**Pre-Arrival Requirements:**
For your security and to comply with local regulations, we will require the following before your arrival:
1. **Rental Agreement:** You will receive a digital rental agreement to review and sign online after your booking is confirmed.
2. **Guest Identification:** We will request a photo of the passports or national ID cards for all guests over the age of 16. This is a standard legal requirement in Spain.

Please complete these steps prior to your arrival to ensure a swift check-in process.

**Early Arrival & Luggage Storage:**
While we cannot guarantee early check-in as the apartment needs to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay, we do offer luggage storage facilities. If you arrive in Málaga before 3:00 PM, please let us know, and we can arrange for you to safely store your bags while you begin exploring the city.
