- GUESTS: A maximum of 2 guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please be accurate with your booking numbers, as unregistered guests are not allowed on the property.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: To maintain the tranquility of our community, parties, large gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited at any time. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- NO SMOKING: This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the property or on the balcony.

- NO PETS: While we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets in the apartment.

- COMMUNITY AREAS: Please be respectful of our neighbors when using common areas such as the swimming pool, gardens, and elevator. Follow all posted community rules, especially regarding pool hours and safety.

- CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Before you leave at 11:00 AM, we kindly ask that you:
1. Take out all trash and recycling to the designated bins.
2. Ensure all lights, air conditioning, and other appliances are switched off.
3. Return the keys as instructed.

- CARE OF THE PROPERTY: Please treat our home with care. We appreciate you helping us keep it clean by rinsing off sand before entering the apartment and not sitting on indoor furniture with wet swimwear. Any damage to the property may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
