The Space:

Step inside Mahalo and you’re immediately drawn to the light, open living space—designed for easy island living just steps from the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features an extended bar with seating for six, perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or gathering after a day in the sun. Just beyond, is the comfortable living area with a large Smart TV which flows seamlessly outdoors to your gorgeous beachfront view.



The inviting outdoor space includes a dining table, gas grill, and everything you need to enjoy meals in the island breeze. Get ready to enjoy time in the water—beach chairs, snorkel gear, floaties, and paddleboards are all conveniently stored and ready for use.



The main level hosts a spacious king suite with an ensuite bath offering easy, no-stairs accessibility, ideal for guests who prefer single-level living.



Upstairs, the spacious primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a private balcony overlooking the beach, generous closet space, and a beautifully tiled shower.



Across the hall, is a second bedroom featuring another king suite and its own balcony with views of the tropical hillside and salt pond.

Guest Access:

BOOKVI typically arranges a personal greeter to meet you at the villa for check-in. They will provide a brief tour of the property, answer any villa-related questions, and share island insights to help you get settled. Check-in arrangements are based on your arrival time, party size, and familiarity with the villa. Guests who have stayed with us previously or are familiar with St. John may request a self or virtual check-in, which can be arranged upon approval. 🌴



The Neighborhood:

This location is a true gem, with the beach just steps from your back porch. Close to town yet serene and peaceful, you can enjoy morning walks along the shore collecting beautiful shells, take an evening dip in the calm waters, or spend the day paddleboarding, snorkeling or just taking in the sea air 🌴



Getting Around:

BOOKVI highly recommends renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle to comfortably navigate the terrain on St. John. We are happy to provide a list of trusted local rental companies, and we also have a few villa vehicles available for guests when available.

Other Things to Note:

All guests will receive a Rental Agreement for signature outlining the terms and conditions of the stay. Once your flights are booked, please provide your flight information so we can help coordinate a smooth arrival and transfer from the airport on St. Thomas. We are happy to assist with arranging private airport transportation, taxi service, boat charters, private chefs, and spa services.
