-Caution: lava rocks from fire table may pop and jump off table. Please sit a reasonable distance away when in use.

-Indoor fireplace operation from Oct-Mar and may not be used when the AC is running.

-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window.

-Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement within 24hrs of making a reservation.
