Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this recently remodeled and beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, west-facing waterfront Lakehouse on scenic Lake Limerick. With a large, flat backyard right on the water, this is the perfect place to relax, entertain, swim, fish and take in stunning sunset views.
Spend sunny afternoons at the private beach, gather around the firepit in Adirondack chairs, or launch your SUP or kayak from the private pier. The spacious deck features comfortable seating, a BBQ grill, and outdoor speakers for dining, relaxing and fun with a view.
Inside, you'll find warm cedar ceilings, exposed beams, and a cozy fireplace creating the perfect lakehouse atmosphere. The upstairs primary suite includes a private deck, a walk-in closet and private bathroom nicely finished. A second spacious bedroom with exposed cedar and beam ceiling, and loft with a Lovesac futon provide additional space to unwind. Downstairs offers the third bedroom and a second full bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes newer appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Lake Limerick is fully stocked with rainbow trout and bass. Fishing season runs from the 4th Saturday in April to November 1st. During that time, you can fish right off the dock or at any of the 7 parks around the 4-mile lake.
There's a mini-mart nearby, less than a mile, and a shopping area that's a 10 min drive that includes a Fred Meyer, Starbucks, Walmart and other conveniences. Downtown Shelton is about 12 minutes away with more restaurants and shops.
