About this apartment rental

The Saskia residence is located at the end of the Falaise district, just a few steps from the covered car parks. The Falaise district has all the shops necessary for a successful stay and the center of Avoriaz is accessible in just 5 minutes on foot.
The ski departure allows you to easily reach the different sectors of the Portes du Soleil ski area and offers direct access to the Super Morzine and Lil'Stash sectors, perfect for families and/or beginner skiers. Surface area : about 47 m². 1st floor. Orientation : South, South-West, West. View mountain. Hall. Living room with bed-settee (140*200), TV. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80*190). Bedroom with , double bed (140*190). Kitchen with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, coffee machine (nespresso), microwave grill, hood, dishwasher, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings. Shower room. WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
