Just 10 minutes from the Saint-Ferréol leisure park and in the heart of the Toulouse-Carcassonne-Albi tourist triangle, you'll enjoy an ideal location for discovering the treasures of Occitanie: the Cité de Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, Toulouse (the Pink City), Albi and its episcopal city, not to mention the many hiking trails of the Lauragais region, the Cammazes area, and Lake Lampy. Combining the gîtes Les Fées and L'Eau d'Ô, this spacious and comfortable complex offers a total capacity of 6 bedrooms and 15 beds. It's ideal for family gatherings, reunions, birthdays, get-togethers with friends, or multigenerational stays. The layout of the two cottages allows everyone to maintain their privacy while sharing convivial moments. A particularly cozy, independent wooden chalet completes the Domaine's amenities and can host workshops, training sessions, and professional events. L'Eau d'Ô Area: • Ground floor: Living/dining room, open-plan kitchen, and pantry. • Upstairs: "Ô de Rose" bedroom. "Ô de Bleuet" bedroom. Shared shower room and toilet. All king-size beds can be converted into two single beds to accommodate your group size. Outside: fenced grounds and parking, private terraces, barbecues, garden furniture, hammocks, sun loungers, board games, pétanque, badminton, and numerous spaces perfect for relaxation. Younger guests can also enjoy the Domaine's playground with slackline, obstacle course, and zip line. During your stay, the owners may need to maintain the swimming pool, feed the Domaine's animals, and tend the grounds, always discreetly to ensure your peace and quiet.
