Numerous of cultural sites such as the Pont du Gard, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the medieval town of Uzes and Avignon is nearby. Some others are may be a little less known but worth a visit : the charming village of Goudargues, Orange and its ancient theater, Nîmes and its square house ... Lovers of outdoor sports and whitewater will enjoy the numerous golf courses, hiking trails, mountain bike routes around and the gorges of Ardeche nearby. It is a particular situation while being less than 90 km from the beaches of Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte.The village offers all the shops.The house of 200 m² is comfortably furnished for 9 people. It adjoins the owner's one, but ther is no overlooked, it is completly private and fenced. It is situated on a plot privatized and closed 3000 m², partly lawn with trees and flowers.2 terraces allow to enjoy the environment. One of more than 70 m , facing the house is shaded and the other 40 m² is covered. A large private swimming pool of 8.5 m X 4.5 m is secured by an alarm and a small barrier. All around : beaches decorated with chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the quiet and greenery.
