The apartment is clean, well equipped and beautiful! It is a little small but for two people it worked well. The location was close to public transportation options as well as shops and restaurants. It would have been a lovely stay if there had not been so many problems.

The check in instructions were not very good and communication with the management company was less than ideal. I informed the company that I would be arriving late in the evening. My flight was delayed so I arrived at the apartment building at 24:00. The instructions to enter the building were cryptic and I could not determine how to enter the code to open the door to the building. The instructions included two codes and an emoji of a key image instead of step by step instructions about how to enter the codes. I tried for over an hour to enter the building using the instructions I was given. I sent multiple text messages, WhatsApp messages and emails asking for assistance. No response. There was a phone number in the welcome email for emergency assistance. I called multiple times. A recorded message only in Polish. What is the point of an emergency assistance number, if no one answers? I finally decided to find a hotel for the night and as I was waiting for the Uber driver, a resident of the building walked outside and I explained the situation to her. She seemed skeptical but after some attempts to communicate in Polish and English, she allowed me to enter the building. I was so grateful to not have to find another place to stay at 01:00. And then I felt embarrassed and angry. Clear instructions about how to enter the building is the most basic requirement for a positive experience. The next day, I received a response from the management company with clear, step by step instructions about how to enter the codes in the keypad. Why were these instructions not included in the welcome email? That would have saved me so much stress and embarrassment. And then to add to the problems, the WiFi password in the instructions would not work. The company sent me multiple passwords to try the next day. None of them worked. It added to the stress and wasting of time. I feel bad for the owner of this apartment. It is quite nice. Maybe the company will improve their communication
