Sunny, new flat on the first floor of a building with lift in the centre of Umag. The location is ideal as all the necessary facilities and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. The flat consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The 40 m² flat is furnished with love and care and has a hallway with cupboard and wardrobe in the entrance area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, satellite TV, a coffee table, air conditioning and a dining table with three chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin with cabinet and mirror. Free WLAN is available.
