The Experience

Trio Pointe brings together three neighboring Texas Hill Country A Frame cabins, creating the perfect retreat for family reunions, group vacations, retreats, and special gatherings. Located near Canyon Lake, Gruene, New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Austin, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the area's rivers, wineries, shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures before returning to your own private gathering place.

Each cabin features soaring windows, vaulted wood ceilings, and bright open concept living spaces that create a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing and spending time together. Every cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, Smart TVs, games, and thoughtful amenities, giving your group plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together.

Together, the three cabins comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests with six king bedrooms, three additional bedrooms featuring two full beds each, six full bathrooms, and three queen sleeper sofas in the living rooms. Outside, each cabin offers its own covered porch, private fire pit, and gas grill, along with access to the community ponds. With both San Antonio and Austin close enough for an easy day trip, you'll have plenty of opportunities for dining, live music, outdoor adventures, and local events before returning to the quiet comfort of the cabin.

Good to Know Before You Book
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are welcome per cabin with a $150 pet fee per cabin.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Event Policy
Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, and ice.

Starter Supply Details
Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

- Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
- Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent
- Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)
