Bent Creek trails and the Arboretum, a 10-minute drive to Biltmore, a single-level layout with no stairs, a king bed, and a big private yard with a grill.
The Space:
Remodeled single-level brick home in Bent Creek, minutes from the NC Arboretum and the Bent Creek trail system, about 10 minutes to Biltmore Estate and 15 to downtown Asheville. Three bedrooms (king, queen, queen) plus a sleeper sofa for up to 8 guests, two full baths, no stairs anywhere in the house.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee, and everything you need to cook for a group. Out back there is a private yard with a propane grill, outdoor dining table and plenty of seating. Inside: fast wifi, a dedicated workspace, smart TV, board games, and books and toys for little ones. In-unit washer and dryer and free driveway parking.
Bent Creek is a quiet, established neighborhood with a community park a 5-minute walk away and the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance a short drive up the road. Bring bikes: the Bent Creek trailheads are some of the best riding in Western North Carolina.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, with the exception of the attic and storage building behind the house. Free parking in the driveway. For easy entry, the home is equipped with a smart lock providing a seamless self-check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet, well established neighborhood in Bent Creek.
Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are available as well and would be a great option to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.
Other Things to Note:
After booking you will get a quick link to sign our rental agreement and verify ID (no app, no account, takes about two minutes). The same link opens your guest portal with the door code, house info and our favorite local spots. Message us anytime, we are local and quick to respond.
