House 11 "Wiesenpieper"
Enjoy a dream vacation with your family and friends in a thatched-roof holiday home. House "Wiesenpieper" is situated in a quiet location at the end of a residential street, bordering the surrounding meadows of the "Haffdroom" holiday complex. From the house and terrace, you can enjoy views of the Salzhaff lagoon, part of Mecklenburg Bay (Baltic Sea).
The house has been furnished with quality in mind: light colors and natural wood furniture promote a sense of well-being and a relaxing vacation.
With over 130 m², the house offers space for 7 people (plus up to 2 small children). The ground floor, which is easily accessible, features an open-plan living and dining room. The living area with its fireplace and adjoining open kitchen is the heart of the house and invites you to cozy gatherings, cooking, and conversation. A highchair is available at the dining table. A modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and baking.
The ground floor also features a bathroom with a sauna, a separate toilet, and a comfortable bedroom (with a double bed).
Upstairs, there is a large family bedroom including a travel cot and a sofa bed (1.30 x 2.00 m), a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, and a spacious bathroom with a direct view of the Baltic Sea/Salzhaff lagoon.
The entire house is equipped with elegant wood-look flooring, underfloor heating, electric exterior blinds, insect screens, Wi-Fi, and an electric grill (available upon request).
A table and chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol are provided for enjoying a pleasant day on the terrace.
The house includes a lockable bicycle/garden shed and two parking spaces.
Please note:
Dogs are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.
Grilling with a charcoal grill, open fires and the use of pyrotechnic devices (New Year's Eve fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
