Ideally close to the three favourite places of the people of Brussels: the Châtelain, the Sablon and Flagey, occupy the raised first floor of a nineteenth-century mansion. Like a small house, it is functional, pleasant and bright. Treat yourself to an original stay in an authentic and true place, exotic and relaxing.
This house has the typical character of Brussels: marble fireplaces, parquet floors, high ceilings and moldings. Everything is being redone in 2023, plumbing, electricity, kitchen, bathroom. As well as the decoration which gives an atypical touch to the place. It develops a space on two levels with two bedrooms that can be installed according to your wishes (single beds or double bed). On the 2nd level, you will enter a living room which opens a perspective to the outside, the living room with dining area, the open kitchen and the back kitchen with dining area, both opening onto a paved terrace of 10 m2 with garden furniture, brazier. The terrace opens onto a small garden of 40 m2 enclosed by walls, with dining area and a nice view of the large trees of the neighboring park. Before accessing the 1st level, a large master bedroom, completed by another bedroom for two, the shower room, the toilet, the laundry room.
Each space is configurable: 2 king size beds for couples, or 4 single beds for a group of singles. You can also make a bedroom for a couple with a living room with a sofa bed. Specify the nature of your group by booking :)
In total, there are 180 m2 of indoor and outdoor space to live alone, with family or friends. Ideal for a family with 2/3 children, 2 couples or 4 friends.
Access is easy but requires climbing a few steps.

Very well served by transport, 10 minutes from the center by bus 71 which runs 22 hours a day from 5:30 in the morning to 3 in the morning, every 6 minutes during the day. From the Gare du Midi, just over 20 minutes by public transportation and 15 minutes by taxi. The neighborhood is very quiet, but ideally located. A stone's throw from shops, grocery stores, bakery, cafes and restaurants.
