**Exterior spalling and painting of the building has been going on. Construction noise will be ongoing from M-F 9am-5pm.

2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1,151 square feet, corner, penthouse unit. Includes everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Bath and Beach towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Extra Linen and a washer and dryer in the unit. A large television and TV with cable and central air conditioning.
The Building has a Pool, BBQ area, and Jacuzzi on the 6th floor. Washing machine room on the 5th floor. Some excellent restaurants in the lobby and a bakery. A gym and two car rental places as well.
