Free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV round out the interior comforts.

Outside, the house sits amid the greenery of the Istrian countryside, opening onto a fenced private garden and an unheated outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off after a day exploring. There are 4 sunloungers by the pool and 2 parasols. A terrace with an outdoor table and chairs set the scene for al fresco dining, with a gas barbecue on hand for evening cookouts.

The master bedroom offers a king-size double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and its own en suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are furnished the same way, each with a king-size double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en suite bathroom, so every guest has their own private bathroom.

Bathrooms
The main WC also houses the villa\'s washing machine and dryer. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, fitted with a shower and WC.

Location
Butkovići itself is a quiet cluster of traditional houses, made for gentle countryside strolls, with Lake Butoniga within easy reach in the same corner of central Istria. The market town of Vodnjan, known for its olive oil and the Church of St Blaise, is about a 15-minute drive, while the Roman amphitheatre and old town of Pula are around 20 to 25 minutes away. The fishing village of Fažana, gateway to the Brijuni Islands national park by a short boat crossing, is roughly 25 minutes by car, and the Venetian old town of Rovinj is about 25 to 30 minutes\' drive. Pula Airport is around 30 minutes away. Public transport in this part of inland Istria is limited, so a car is recommended for getting around.
