Just a short stroll from Viking Bay and the charming town centre, you`ll be perfectly placed to explore, unwind, and soak up the seaside atmosphere.

Recently refurbished, the home sleeps up to 4 guests across two cosy double bedrooms upstairs. The interiors blend classic charm with modern comforts, creating a space that’s as welcoming as it is practical.

Enjoy the option to dine in with a fully furnished kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook up a storm – perfect for leisurely breakfasts or relaxed evening meals.

🔸 There is a separate annex property located at the rear of the house, accessed via the garden patio. It’s occasionally rented out to other Airbnb guests – so any interaction will likely be with fellow travellers also enjoying the charm of Broadstairs.
🔸 The house has just one flight of stairs, but they are fairly steep. If you or any member of your group has limited mobility, this may not be the most suitable option.
🔸 From April 2025, construction work will begin at a neighbouring property. This will only take place on weekdays during daytime hours. While it’s not directly connected to the house, we want to make you aware in advance in case this may impact your stay.
