With 1500 square feet of living space, with this spacious apartment is conveniently located just outside the City walls of Canterbury, offering an abundance of accommodation for up to 6 guests. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated displaying many original features and modern artwork throughout. With an eye for detail, a key focus of the host is to provide guests with comfortable accommodation for both short and longer stays: a real home away from home.

There is free on site parking for one vehicle, but the owner may be able to arrange additional parking if available at the time. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a grand hallway and staircase that shows off the heritage of this very special building.

Please note that the base price listed for each night is based on a single person or a couple (2 people) sharing a single bedroom. Where 2 guests book and plan to use 2 bedrooms, an extra guest charge applies (£10 per night) to cover additional cleaning and linen costs. Such an arrangement would need to be booked as a 3 person booking. Similarly, where 4 people book, it is assumed that only 2 bedrooms will be used. If the third bedroom is to be used, an additional guest charge applies (£10 per night) and the booking would need to be made for 5 people.
