Underfloor heating for gentle warmth when you return from the slopes.
The living room has neither curtains nor shutters.

Upstairs (sleeping area & bathrooms):
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size double bed (160 cm) with a balcony.
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size double bed (160 cm).
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm), which can be arranged to suit your needs.

- Bathroom 1: Shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Practical facilities:
Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer available.

Mandatory formalities: For all bookings, a valid form of ID for all adults and proof of holiday insurance (or equivalent) will be required. A security deposit will also be taken via a credit card authorisation and refunded 7 days after your departure. An end-of-stay inspection in the presence of the caretaker will take place on the day of your departure.

Linen & Cleaning: Bed linen is included in the booking. Beds made on arrival are available as an optional extra at a rate of 15 euros per bed. Bath towels are included. A professional end-of-stay cleaning service is included.

A new, secure residential block with a lift providing access to the flat (which is laid out as a duplex inside).

You can check in independently using a secure key box. Check-out must be carried out in the presence of our caretaker.

Snow tyres and winter equipment are required.

Parking: You have a private outdoor parking space adjacent to the building, as well as a space in the secure communal garage equipped with an electric vehicle charging point. (Please note: maximum height 1.95m)

We have made arrangements to ensure your arrival goes smoothly and you can manage independently, thanks to our detailed instructions. Although we will not be on site when you arrive, we are available at any time via text message or telephone to assist you with any needs you may have.
