Welcome to Sound Crest Lodge, a private waterfront retreat on Fletcher Bay with sweeping water and Olympic Mountain views, private shoreline access, a hot tub, and spectacular west-facing sunsets.

Set among towering evergreens with sweeping views of the water and Olympic Mountains, this thoughtfully remodeled and beautifully furnished 3,000+ sq. ft. home combines the privacy of an island getaway with easy access to downtown Bainbridge and the Seattle ferry.

With four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, multiple decks, a private hot tub, a separate media loft, and access to your own stretch of shoreline, there`s plenty of room for families and groups to relax, reconnect and experience the best of the Pacific Northwest.

Start your morning with coffee overlooking the bay, spend the afternoon exploring the shoreline or relaxing in the hot tub, and end the day watching the sun set behind the Olympic Mountains from the expansive west-facing deck.

The space

Sound Crest Lodge is arranged across three floors, giving groups plenty of room to gather together while also offering private spaces to retreat.

Upper Floor
At the highest point of the home, the upper-floor primary suite features a California king bed and some of the property`s most expansive views of Fletcher Bay, the Olympic Mountains and surrounding evergreens.
Wake to sweeping water views or settle into the corner window seat with a cup of coffee while boats pass across the bay. The private ensuite features an oversized walk-in shower.

Middle Floor
The middle floor includes a queen bedroom and a spacious bunk room.
The bunk room sleeps up to six with one double-size bed and two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. It also opens to two private decks, including a covered deck where you can enjoy the surrounding trees and fresh island air even on a rainy Pacific Northwest day.

Main Floor
The main-floor primary suite features a California king bed, beautiful water views and direct access through French doors to the deck overlooking Fletcher Bay.
A fireplace creates a warm atmosphere in the evening, while the oversized ensuite features a double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads.
Being on the main floor also makes this suite convenient for guests who prefer to minimize stairs during their stay.

Kitchen & Living Spaces
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners and holiday meals.
Gather around the fireplace in the main living area after a day exploring the island, or enjoy meals and conversation together in the dining room. The spacious layout gives everyone room to spread out while still providing comfortable places to gather.

Private Media Loft
Above the garage and accessed through its own private entrance, the media loft offers an additional space to relax and unwind.
Two twin beds can be configured together as one larger bed, providing flexible additional sleeping accommodations. An oversized couch and media area make the loft a great spot for movies, games and lazy afternoons.

Outdoor living
The waterfront and forest setting is what makes Sound Crest Lodge truly special.
Relax in the private hot tub beneath the evergreens, enjoy the home`s multiple decks, grill dinner overlooking Fletcher Bay, or play outdoor games in the separate gravel game area.
A wooded trail leads down to your private stretch of Fletcher Bay shoreline, where you can explore the beach, search for shells, skip rocks and experience the changing tides. Keep an eye out for seals, eagles and other Pacific Northwest wildlife that may pass through the area.
As evening approaches, gather on the expansive west-facing deck and watch the sky change over Fletcher Bay as the sun sets behind the Olympic Mountains.

Explore Bainbridge Island
Although Sound Crest Lodge feels wonderfully secluded, you`re only minutes from downtown Bainbridge Island`s restaurants, cafés, wineries, galleries and shops, along with hiking trails and other outdoor recreation.
Spend the day exploring the island or take the scenic ferry into Seattle, then return to the peace and quiet of Fletcher Bay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, media loft, decks, hot tub, grounds and beach area.
The garage is not available for guest use.
Parking is available on the property.

Other things to note:

Please carefully read the arrival instructions provided before check-in. GPS directions can occasionally be inaccurate when approaching the property, so we recommend following the directions provided in your welcome message.

The trail to the shoreline passes through a wooded area with uneven terrain and may become slippery depending on weather conditions. It is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. Please use appropriate footwear and exercise caution.

Fletcher Bay experiences significant tidal changes, and shoreline conditions can change throughout the day. Children should be supervised around the shoreline, decks and hot tub.
