Located in the Villaverde district, the flat offers a quiet, residential feel while staying well connected to the rest of Madrid. The area is home to everyday essentials — pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, and local eateries — all within easy walking distance, making it a practical base for longer stays.

The closest bus stop, Alcocer - Paseo Talleres (lines 116, 130, 18, 22, 448, 86), is just a 4-minute walk away, offering quick connections across the city. For metro access, Villaverde Bajo-Cruce (Line 3) is about a 23-minute walk, and the Puente Alcocer Cercanías train station is roughly 28 minutes on foot — both great options for reaching central Madrid. The property doesn't include dedicated parking, but public street parking is available nearby, right on Paseo de los Talleres and on Calle Doctor Martín Arévalo.

Note: This apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required.


We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge.


Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.


There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
