About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Tudor on the Corner!
Step into your large private suite with high ceilings, a 7-foot stained glass window, big, comfy couches, and art throughout the space.
1-bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. High-end sofa bed (not the fold out type).
The suite is attached to our 1930’s Tudor home. Pet-friendly (1 dog/cat). Cute town with restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby.
20 miles from NYC with train and bus stations nearby.
25 min drive to Newark airport (EWR).
The space
- Private entrance & self check-in
- Kitchenette with stove + mini fridge
- Coffee pot w/coffee, kettle w/ tea; snacks
- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap
- Dining area
- Reading area with books, desk
- Wi-Fi, large TV with Bose speaker
- Small, private deck in the backyard
- Tesla charger (pay per charge)
- Driveway parking for up to 2 cars
Guest access
The entire suite including closets and dressers for storing clothing.
Other things to note
We live on the other side of the house. The separating brick wall is a thick exterior wall. You may hear the sounds of our family with 2 kids and a dog when we’re home. We provide a white noise machine and have installed additional soundproofing. We haven’t received noise complaints but we like to be very transparent :)
The house is located on a main road with convenient access to downtown Berkeley Heights, the train station, etc.
There are tile stairs so if you have children I suggest booking with us only if you’re confident with them using stairs.
