Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Enjoy this magnificent 400 m² villa in Benajarafe, Vélez-Málaga, situated in a peaceful rural setting and just 2 km from the beach. With capacity for 10 people, it combines spaciousness, privacy and beautiful sea and mountain views, making it an excellent option for a family holiday.
🏊 The exterior is one of its great attractions. It features a private L-shaped pool, with an area of 4 x 4 m and 60 cm depth and a main pool of 6 x 12 m. The property also has a garden, fenced plot, covered terrace of 200 m², upper terrace of 60 m², outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue.
🛏️ The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a King Size bed, another with a trundle bed of two 90 cm beds and a third with a 140 cm bed, plus two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two 105 cm beds, another with a King Size bed and a third bathroom.
❄️ For a comfortable stay throughout the year, it has air conditioning and heating throughout the property, six ceiling fans, automatic blinds, high-speed WiFi and television.
🍴 The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a cot and two high chairs.
🚗 There is parking within the property. Benajarafe, its beach, supermarkets and restaurants are about 2 km away, whilst Torre del Mar is 13 km away and Málaga city centre is about 27 km away.
🏡 IMPORTANT: The property has two independent apartments for the owner's private use which are not part of the booking and are not available to guests. The advertised villa has a maximum capacity of 10 people.
🔒 The property is equipped with an alarm system, which must not be tampered with by guests.
