On two levels, it offers a convivial living room with equipped kitchen and convertible BZ, a comfortable bedroom with a 140×200 bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Ideal for a couple or a small family wishing to discover the castles of the Loire and enjoy the calm of Touraine.

Welcome to this charming little village house located in Villaines-les-Rochers, in the heart of Touraine, a few minutes from Azay-le-Rideau.
Spread over two levels, this cosy and functional house is ideal for a couple, a small family or a stay for two, whether you come to discover the castles of the Loire, enjoy the landscapes of Touraine or simply take a quiet break.

🛋️ The first floor
The living room of about 19 m² brings together a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area.
The kitchen has many facilities to allow you to cook comfortably:
• refrigerator with small freezer compartment;
• oven;
• 2-burner induction hob;
• small dishwasher;
• microwave;
• Nespresso coffee machine;
• electric kettle;
• toaster;
• kitchen scale;
• steamer;
• electric whisk;
• soup blender;
• cake pans;
• pots and pans;
• many kitchen utensils;
• crockery for about 8 people;
• wine glasses and champagne flutes.
The table and its bench can accommodate 6 to 8 people, to enjoy convivial meals.

The lounge area has a BZ that can be converted into an additional bed, as well as a TV with free box and Wi-Fi.

The bedroom of about 10 m² has a comfortable bed 140 × 200 cm, equipped with a new Epéda mattress.
You will also find a wardrobe with storage space and space for to accommodate the travel cot, ideal for families with a baby.
For your comfort, the window has shutters, a curtain and a blackout curtain.

🚿 Bathroom
The bathroom of about 7 m² is equipped with a large walk-in shower (accessible with a small removable function), a vanity unit with storage and mirrors.

The toilet is located in the bathroom.

Free parking is available near the house.
