Set on the top floor of Makena Surf’s desirable Building F, this 2BR/2BA oceanfront residence pairs panoramic Pacific Ocean views with vaulted ceilings, a spacious private lanai, and a comfortable island-inspired interior. Building F’s coveted oceanfront setting has made it a favorite among returning guests, placing you close to the shoreline with sweeping views that take center stage throughout the residence. During the winter months, keep an eye out for humpback whales passing offshore right from the comfort of your lanai.

Step outside to the expansive 251 sq ft private lanai, where there is plenty of space to enjoy meals in the open air, settle in with a morning cup of coffee, or simply take in the ocean views. Large glass doors bring the scenery inside and fill the open living area with natural light, while the vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feel of the top-floor setting.

Inside, the open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an easy gathering space after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a glass-top stove, full-size appliances, and the cookware needed to prepare meals at home. An espresso maker and coffee bean grinder are also provided, and guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs from the community’s onsite garden. Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or head outside to dine with the Pacific as your backdrop.

The residence comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space for added flexibility. Two full bathrooms make the residence well-suited for families or groups traveling together.

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, while an in-suite washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothing and beachwear throughout your stay.

When you are ready to explore, the soft sands of Poʻolenalena Beach are just a short walk away. The residence is also conveniently located near Makena Surf’s beautifully maintained garden and swimming pool, placing the best of this secluded oceanfront resort within easy reach.

Set along Maui’s sunny southern coast, Makena Surf provides direct access to the secluded sands and turquoise waters of Poʻolenalena Beach. Spend your days swimming, snorkeling, or strolling along the shoreline before settling in to watch a colorful sunset. During the winter months, you may even spot migrating humpback whales from the beach. Each of our residences also includes an “Ohana Play Package” with beach chairs and a portable cooler for days by the water.

Resort amenities include two temperature-controlled swimming pools, two hot tubs, four tennis courts, two of which are lighted, and shared pickleball courts. Gas barbecue stations surrounded by tropical landscaping and two herb gardens offer a scenic setting for outdoor cooking.

Complimentary on-site parking adds convenience, while the gated entrance enhances the resort’s private, secluded atmosphere. Please note that there are no elevators at Makena Surf; luggage carts are provided to assist with transporting your luggage from your vehicle to the stairs.

Acclaimed dining, shopping, spas, and championship golf courses of Wailea are only a short drive away. Guests can also easily explore nearby South Maui attractions such as Makena Landing, Big Beach, Molokini Crater excursions, and the natural landscapes of Ahihi-Kinau and La Perouse Bay.
