Fully equipped for longer stays: gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. You can actually cook here, which with kids is the difference between a holiday and a restaurant bill.

ARRIVAL
Self check-in: if you prefer, the keys wait in a lockbox, so you arrive whenever it suits you, with nobody to meet. Useful if your flight lands late or you are driving in from another province.

LOCATION
Playa Bonita beach, 300 m away: one of the loveliest beaches on Lake Nahuel Huapi, for kayaking, shoreline walks and some of the best sunsets on the water.
Cerro Catedral, a 10 to 15 minute drive (on a normal traffic day): the largest ski resort in South America.
Downtown Bariloche, 15 minutes along Avenida Bustillo, with the lake beside you most of the way.
Circuito Chico: direct access to Punto Panorámico, Colonia Suiza and the Llao Llao.
Within walking distance: craft breweries, tea houses, supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport stops.

The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs; the building has no lift.
The garden, the grills and the parking are shared with the other units.
The property has security cameras outdoors.
