Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Guests may continue enjoying the outdoor areas after that time, but music should be turned off and voices kept low out of respect for neighbors.

🚧 COMMUNITY REGISTRATION

Emerald Lakes requires every rental to be registered. We`ll send a short form after booking; it must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival. Late registrations may incur a $200 community fine.

🏊 EMERALD LAKES COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Shared amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, beaches, lakes, boat launches, tennis, basketball and playgrounds. Indoor pool open year-round; outdoor pool seasonal (Memorial Day–Labor Day).

Amenity passes are sold separately at the Emerald Lakes Administration Office, 1802 Glade Drive, Long Pond, PA 18334: 1-Day $20 · 3-Day $30 · 7-Day $50 per person.

Your private beach, dock and watercraft are included, but Emerald Lakes requires amenity passes to use the lakes, including with the property`s kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. Community amenities are operated independently by Emerald Lakes.

🛶 LAKE & WATERCRAFT SAFETY

✔ Swimming is at your own risk
✔ Life jackets are provided and should be worn while using watercraft
✔ Kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards must be removed from the water after use
✔ Children should always be supervised around the lake, dock, and beach

🎣 FISHING

Fishing requires applicable Pennsylvania and Emerald Lakes fishing licenses for guests age 16+. Community fishing rules include catch-and-release and artificial bait requirements.

📹 SECURITY CAMERAS

5 exterior cameras monitor arrivals at the front and around outside of the home. There are no cameras in any interior space.

🔒 HOME DAMAGE PROTECTION

Your total price includes a $50 damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage during your stay. This is a damage waiver, not insurance.

Prefer a fully refundable deposit instead? Message us before your stay and we`ll set up a $1,000 refundable security deposit instead—returned in full after checkout if no damage occurs.

This process is handled securely via Stripe and must be completed before check-in instructions are released.
