About this apartment rental
WELCOME TO ALPINE HIDEAWAY
Brand new and welcoming its very first guests, Alpine Hideaway still has that fresh-build feel: clean lines, a mountain mural on the living room wall, stone kitchen counters, and Fujitsu mini-splits that keep every room exactly the temperature you want, winter or summer. You arrive, the smart lock lets you in, and the day-of-travel tension finally drops.
The main level opens from a mudroom into a bright kitchen with island seating, then flows into a living room built around a wraparound sectional, a gas fireplace, and a slider out to the deck. Three bedrooms sit on this floor, including the primary. Head downstairs and the home reveals its secret weapon: a finished lower level with a real movie and game room, two more bedrooms, and laundry, so the group can split off, settle in, and nobody is sleeping on top of anyone else. Ski and ride Loon in winter, chase waterfalls in summer, and come fall the Kancamagus turns the whole valley gold.

PERFECT FOR
Large ski and snowboard groups who want first chair at Loon three minutes away, then a pool, a hot tub, and a downstairs theater to come home to.
Multi-generational families who need five real bedrooms and separate levels, so everyone gets their own corner of the house.
Two or three families traveling together who want to split the space, share the kitchen, and let the kids disappear into the game room while the adults relax upstairs.
Summer hikers and leaf peepers chasing Flume Gorge, Franconia Notch, and the Kancamagus in peak foliage.
☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆
Five bedrooms across two levels sleep up to 20, with most groups finding 16 to 18 the sweet spot. However you fill it, everyone gets somewhere to land.
Main level:
Primary bedroom: king bed, its own smart TV, a private door onto the main deck, and an attached three-quarter bath.
Bedroom 2: queen-over-queen bunk, a favorite with kids and easy for four to share.
Bedroom 3: queen bed and a smart TV.
Lower level:
Bunk room: two sets of double-over-double bunks plus two twin trundles, sleeping up to ten, with a high chair, pack-and-plays, and extra blankets on hand.
Bedroom 4: queen bed and a smart TV.
Three bathrooms keep busy ski mornings moving: a private three-quarter bath (shower) off the primary, a shared full bath with a tub on the main level, and a shared three-quarter bath (shower) on the lower level.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
The kitchen is fully equipped and made for feeding a hungry crew after a day on the mountain. Stone countertops and stainless appliances, a French-door refrigerator, a four-burner range with a warming plate, a toaster oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Coffee is handled two ways with a Keurig and a Ninja drip maker, and there is a Crock-Pot for a slow-cooked dinner while you are out chasing snow. Cabinets come well stocked with everything from a full set of pots and pans to kids' dishware. The island seats four and the dining table seats four.
☆☆ LIVING ROOM & MOVIE THEATER ☆☆
The main-level living room is where the day winds down. Sink into the wraparound sectional, put something on the big smart TV above the gas fireplace, and slide open the door to the deck when you want fresh mountain air. Wi-Fi runs throughout, so it is easy to check the trail report, stream a movie, or sneak in a little remote work if you must.
Then there is the reason the kids will beg to come back: a finished lower-level movie and game room. A large wall-mounted TV with surround sound anchors the space, with a big beanbag to sink into, USB chargers built right into the couch, a shelf of board games, a popcorn maker, and a mini fridge to keep the drinks close. Movie posters line the walls. It is a rainy-afternoon lifesaver and an après-ski favorite, a whole floor the group can take over for movie night while the grown-ups have the upstairs to themselves.
☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE & FOREST RIDGE AMENITIES ☆☆
Step out onto the deck off the living room, where an outdoor table seats six for a slow morning coffee or a summer dinner in the pines. The primary bedroom opens onto the same deck through its own door.
As a guest at Forest Ridge, you also unlock the community Sports Club:
Indoor heated pool and hot tub, open year-round
Fitness and exercise room
Billiards and table tennis
Reading and TV lounge
Seasonal outdoor pool (Memorial Day through October)
Tennis and pickleball courts (seasonal)
Picnic and grill area, swing set, and yard games (seasonal)
Mountain in the morning, hot tub at night, and a seasonal shuttle to Loon so you can leave the car parked. That combination is exactly why families make a home like this their winter tradition.
