Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Discover this cosy and bright 76 m² apartment, located in an excellent location in Málaga, very close to Plaza de la Merced and the historic centre. Perfect for families, couples or groups of up to 5 people who wish to explore the city on foot and enjoy its cultural, gastronomic and leisure offerings.
🛏️ The property has 2 bedrooms. The first features a 135 cm double bed, Smart TV and air conditioning. The second offers two 90 cm single beds and air conditioning. Additionally, a cot for babies is available upon request. Capacity extends to a maximum of 5 guests.
🚿 It has a full bathroom with shower and a comfortable and bright living room equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. The entire accommodation has climate control via heat pump, offering a pleasant temperature during any time of year.
🍴 The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker and the necessary kitchenware to prepare your meals. Please note that it does not have an oven or dishwasher. Additionally, it has a separate utility room with washing machine, clothesline and ironing board.
📶 The apartment has fibre WiFi, ideal for both leisure and those who need to stay connected during their stay.
🐾 Pets are welcome, making this accommodation an excellent option for travelling with the whole family.
