Getting Around:

Located on Beach Road in Auckland CBD, the apartment is well positioned for exploring the city by foot, public transport, taxi, or car. Many central attractions are within easy walking distance, while Auckland’s bus, train, and ferry network makes it convenient to travel further afield.



🚶 Walking

Auckland CBD is compact and very walkable. Guests can easily explore nearby Britomart, Commercial Bay, the waterfront, Queen Street, and Spark Arena on foot. Walking is a great way to discover the cafés, restaurants, shops, and waterfront areas around the apartment.



🚌 Bus

Local buses provide an easy way to travel around Auckland and to nearby neighbourhoods such as Parnell, Newmarket, Ponsonby, and Wynyard Quarter. The CityLink and InnerLink services are particularly useful for getting around the central city and inner suburbs.



🚆 Train

Waitematā Station/Britomart is a major transport hub for Auckland's train network. From here, guests can connect to destinations across Auckland. Auckland's new City Rail Link network is scheduled to open on 13 September 2026, bringing additional connections through the city centre.



⛴️ Ferry

The Downtown Ferry Terminal provides convenient ferry connections to destinations around Auckland Harbour, including Devonport and other waterfront destinations. Ferries are also a great way to enjoy Auckland's harbour views while travelling.



🚕 Taxi & Ride-Share

Taxis and ride-share services are convenient for guests travelling with luggage, heading out at night, or visiting attractions that are farther from the CBD.

Guests travelling by car can explore destinations outside central Auckland, although walking and public transport are often the easiest options for exploring the CBD.



💳 Public Transport Tip: Auckland buses, trains and many ferries accept contactless debit/credit cards, phones and smart devices, as well as AT HOP cards. Remember to use the same card or device when tagging on and off

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.



Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a secure lockbox located at 79 Anzac Avenue, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 8 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the apartment. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.



Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.



Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.



Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.



Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 3x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.



Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
