About this cottage rental
This cosy cottage is located in Wrenthorpe Wakefield. It is within easy reach to Wakefield centre and very close to the motorway network. There are 2 pubs and a local shop within a 5 min walk . It is also very close to a great Indian restaurant and a short drive away from a 3rd pub who do amazing pies and Sunday lunches .
The cottage has a long front garden that has a couple of steps to reach the house . There is also a small backyard with seating . It is a lovely quiet and peaceful cottage

Spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen with underfloor heating and range cooker . There is a fully enclosed back yard . The 2 bedrooms are spacious with lots of cupboard space 1 king sized bed and 1 double . The bathroom features underfloor heating and a large shower as well as a bathtub . The cottage is perfect for either long or short stays and has very easy access to motorway networks . It is only 5 mins drive to Wakefield and about 15 to Leeds . Alternatively there are regular bus routes nearby

The property has a private driveway for guest use that will accommodate one car and also on street parking for a second vehicle if needed
