Cocoonr is offering this house for rent in the town of Le Teich, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 102 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
It comprises a 36 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 350 m².
The property is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with two single beds
- A shower room
- A separate toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private 350 m² garden, facing south.
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Le Teich, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
