The property has lots of wildlife with daily views of deer, bald eagles, and regular appearances of seals on the rocks right out front! The estate has black berries, raspberries, blueberries and apples free for the picking.
The house itself is newly renovated with new floors, new mini-splits, new countertops, kitchen cabinetry, appliances, and more! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms your family will be enjoying Maine and Acadia National Park in luxury! Each bedroom has a mini-split for air conditioning to keep you at the perfect temperature. There is a dining area, a large living room to relax in, and a TV room with ocean views.
