This one-of-a-kind property brings together 5 homes across 16 acres, offering an impressive 19 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy privacy when needed.

The property combines two spacious main homes with three additional private cottages, creating a unique setup that allows large groups to stay together while still having separate spaces for families, couples, or smaller groups within the larger party.

A Private 16-Acre Retreat

Set across approximately 16 acres of scenic land, the property offers beautiful mountain views, expansive open spaces, wooded surroundings, and the soothing sound of a rushing river with natural rapids nearby.

The expansive grounds provide plenty of room to explore, relax, enjoy outdoor activities, or simply take in the scenery. Every direction offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes this property feel like a true destination.

2 Pools + 3 Private Hot Tubs

One of the best features of this property is the variety of private outdoor amenities.

Each of the two main houses has its own private pool, giving your group two separate places to swim, relax, and enjoy the outdoors.

In addition, each of the three cottages has its own private hot tub, giving cottage guests a dedicated space to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

That means your group has access to 2 private pools and 3 private hot tubs across the property, along with the river, open acreage, and beautiful mountain views.
