Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is designated parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pet is welcome, but this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. You can find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Old Print House is a luxurious base for a trip to Derbyshire. Note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen, or similar parties. Note: The Bistro below has CCTV cameras; these cameras are only pointed at the car park below the property. Note: This property has a minimum stay of 2 nights. Delightful and nature-filled areas within driving distance include Shipley Country Park, Kirk Hallam Lake & Meadows, Chaddesden Wood Local Nature Reserve, and Pioneer Meadows Nature Reserve. Further afield is the stunning Peak District National Park, home to inviting villages and towns which can be explored on foot or bike, including the market and spa town of Buxton.
