- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,

- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Important Property Notice: Pipe replacement work in the 5th stack is scheduled from September 10-October 1, 2026. While this unit is not directly affected, guests may experience construction noise Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and limited quiet work on Saturdays from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. No work will be performed on Sundays. Please note that yoga classes on the front lawn will be suspended from September 10 through at least October 15, 2026. Lawn dethatching will begin September 11th - October 31, half of the lawn will be closed, the other half will remain open.
