Welcome to Villa Sorelle B, a charming and comfortable holiday villa in Zaton near Zadar, just 600 metres from the beach. Designed for relaxed Mediterranean holidays, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests (6+1) and offers the perfect combination of privacy, outdoor living and easy access to the coast.
The heart of the villa is its spacious private terrace, where you can enjoy long summer days by the 3 x 4 m swimming pool. Relax on the sun loungers under the parasol, cool off under the outdoor shower, or gather around the covered outdoor dining table for relaxed meals in the fresh air. A gas BBQ is also available, making it easy to enjoy an al fresco dinner with family or friends.
Inside, the ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping place for one guest, as well as a Smart TV for relaxing evenings. The living area flows into a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find three comfortable bedrooms: two bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third bedroom with two single beds. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The villa is equipped with baby high chairs, making it a convenient choice for families travelling with young children.
Whether you are planning lazy days by the pool, beach outings, family meals under the covered terrace, or exploring the beautiful Zadar area, Villa Sorelle B provides a welcoming base for a relaxing Croatian getaway.
Please note that, for the care and maintenance of the property, the garden maintenance team visits once a week to water the greenery, and the pool is cleaned at least once a week in the early morning hours. These visits are carried out with the aim of keeping the outdoor areas and pool in excellent condition throughout your stay.

Historic Nin, one of Croatia’s oldest royal towns, is just a few minutes away. Explore its rich heritage, ancient Roman remains and the famous Church of the Holy Cross, traditionally known as the smallest cathedral in the world. Nearby Queen’s Beach is famous for its long stretch of soft sand and shallow, warm waters.
The historic city of Zadar is approximately 15–16 km away, offering a wonderful mix of Roman heritage, charming old streets and a lively waterfront. Don't miss the city’s unique Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, especially around sunset.
