Located on the second floor of a residence with an elevator, this one-bedroom apartment enjoys a prime location in the heart of Palm Beach, just a one-minute walk from the beaches. The living area features a lounge with a TV, a convertible sofa and a dining area. It opens directly onto a furnished balcony offering panoramic sea views.
The accommodation includes:
→ The living room features a lounge area with a TV, a sofa bed (available upon request for one adult or two children), and a dining area. It opens directly onto a furnished balcony offering panoramic sea views.
→ The balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, is the perfect place to enjoy the sea view.
→ The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a dishwasher.
→ The bedroom features a large king-size bed (200 × 200 cm), storage space, and direct access to the balcony.
→ The bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity. The toilet is separate.
→ For your comfort, the apartment also offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer. Reversible air conditioning is currently being installed and will be available from October (portable air conditioning and a fan are provided for all reservations made before October.)

→ La Croisette: approximately 10-minute walk.
→ Place de l’Étang and its restaurants, 3-minute walk.
→ Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, approximately 30-minute walk / 5-minute drive.

For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee. A welcome kit with essential toiletries and coffee will also be available to help you start your stay smoothly.
Beach towels are available upon request for an additional fee of €10 per person.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, our agency remains at your disposal before and during your stay. We will be happy to answer your questions, recommend the best local addresses and ensure you enjoy an unforgettable experience.
Arrivals are scheduled between 3pm and 8pm. If you are unable to arrive during this time, please inform us well in advance so that we can organize your arrival.
For any arrival outside these times, travelers will be charged an additional fee on Airbnb for key handover during nighttime hours.
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €35 additional fee
From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €60 additional fee
No arrivals possible after 11:00 PM.
Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
