Fully air-conditioned and designed to accommodate up to 3 guests, it is perfect for both business trips and holidays in Cannes.
The accommodation includes:
→ A bright living area, filled with natural light thanks to its large windows, featuring a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for two guests. The sofa can be converted into a bed upon request to accommodate 1 adult or 2 children.
→ The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all the crockery, cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals during your stay.
→ The bedroom features a king-size double bed (180 × 200 cm) and built-in storage for a comfortable stay.
→ The shower room includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with mirror, and a heated towel rail. A separate toilet completes the apartment.

For any arrival outside these times, travelers will be charged an additional fee on Airbnb for key handover during nighttime hours.
From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €35 additional fee
From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €60 additional fee
No arrivals possible after 11:00 PM.
Normally, arrivals before 3pm are not permitted, unless there are no rentals immediately beforehand. If you have a special request concerning your arrival time, please contact us in advance to see what can be arranged.
Regarding departures, guests must leave the accommodation by 11am, unless there is no rental scheduled immediately afterwards. In this case, you can ask us if it is possible to have a few extra hours.
