Our home comfortably sleeps 19 guests. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper 2 floors, plus two spacious bunk rooms in the basement sleeping 11 in total, which share one full bathroom. There is also a powder room on the main floor.
This setup is often ideal for groups with children or teens who don't mind sharing. If you are a group of 19 adults, you may find the basement bathroom ratio tight unless you are comfortable using the upstairs ensuite bathrooms and powder room.

Our unique location sits atop naturally steep terrain with significant drop-offs around the perimeter of the property. Please use caution.
* Supervise children constantly and do not allow children to play outside unaccompanied.
* Stay on designated paths and avoid the edge of the property, retaining walls, and rocks.
* Use extra care when moving around the exterior after dark.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in case you need to cancel unexpectedly.

No parties or events. Strict quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Sound travels far in the mountains, and we want to respect our neighbors.
We use a noise decibel and occupancy detection sensor in the home. It does not record audio or video but will notify us if occupancy limits are exceeded or excessive noise is detected.
No smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis. A cigarette smoke detector is located in the house.
No wipes, feminine products, flushable wipes, paper towels, or food scraps down toilets or sinks. Toilet paper only!
No illegal activities.
Only registered guests are allowed. No unapproved visitors.
Pets
We welcome up to 2 dogs, ideally 2 years or older. A $250 pet fee applies. Dogs must be leashed outdoors and crated when left unsupervised. Undisclosed pets will have a $300 fine. Breed restrictions apply, so please inquire for details.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool under any circumstances, as the pool liner can be damaged.
Private Pool
Open Memorial Day–Labor Day, with optional heating to 82F for an additional $100/day. Pool heating requires 72 hours advance notice and may not be available during inclement weather.
When the pool is closed during winter, please do not step on the cover. Any damage will incur charges.
If pool heat is desired, it must be purchased for the entire length of the stay.

Firewood isn’t provided, so feel free to bring your own! If you’d like it arranged, we can connect you with our local supplier. Please reach out at least one week before arrival.
