The apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional chalet in central Verbier. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful despite being just a short walk from the Médran lifts and Place Centrale.

The chalet is one of only two chalets on the property, and there is just one neighbouring apartment above. This makes the apartment particularly peaceful and private.

The entrance to the apartment opens into the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features a double sofa bed and a large dining table with 6 chairs, making it possible to comfortably enjoy meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a generous selection of flatware, silverware, glassware and cookware, as well as fondue and raclette sets.

A separate bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and heated towel rail.

A sliding door opens onto the bedroom, which can also be used as a separate living or family room. It features a queen-size sofa bed and a second sofa bed that converts into two single beds, as well as a coffee table, armchair and large Smart TV with local and international channels and streaming services including Netflix.

Bed linen and towels are provided and included.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi.
All window doors have shutters, and all windows have blackout curtains.

There is a secure outdoor ski storage.

The apartment is best suited to 1–3 adults, or 1–2 adults with 1–2 children, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

The apartment has a hot-water tank rather than an unlimited hot-water system. For larger groups, hot water may need some time to recover between showers, so we recommend spacing showers when staying with 3 or more guests.

Please note we have a strict no parties, no smoking and no pets policy.

Snow clearance around the chalet is included and is carried out as often as necessary during periods of snowfall, without guests needing to make a request. The snow removal service starts early in the morning and may come several times throughout the day when required. After particularly heavy snowfall, some snow may accumulate on the outdoor dining area between visits and may occasionally need to be cleared manually with a shovel located in the ski storage.
