Arrival instructions will be provided to guests prior to arrival for self-check-in.

Please note: the home has a long-term tenant residing in a separate downstairs unit. This does not affect guest access or privacy in the holiday home itself, but guests should be aware they share the property grounds with the resident.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be directed to our guest portal. Before check-in, you’ll need to complete a quick identity verification by scanning your driver’s license or passport. This step ensures the property owners` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Rest assured, your ID will not be stored in our system. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system.
Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.
