The accommodation has three bedrooms, containing rooms with queen beds, multiple twin size bunk beds, and single beds. There are also sofas in the living area that convert into beds. The living area also has lounge chairs, a coffee table, a television with satellite cable and DVD player, and internet access. Two bathrooms are included in the accommodation, one full with a shower and bathtub, and another with just a shower. There is a full kitchen with essential appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Outside, guests can listen to the sounds of the Green river while sitting by the chiminea on the spacious back deck.
