This apartment is located on the 4th floor of a traditional Hoboken walk-up building and **requires climbing three flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

As with many historic Hoboken buildings, this property features classic walk-up access. Guests should be comfortable carrying luggage up the stairs.

The building is home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and be considerate when using the shared stairways and common areas.

Like most homes in the heart of downtown Hoboken, you may occasionally hear normal city sounds, neighboring residents, or street activity.
