**Guest access**

The apartment, set in a historic Belle Époque villa, is for the exclusive use of the guests included in the booking.

The gated parking area is opposite the residence, approximately 100 metres away. A dedicated remote control will be provided for 24-hour access.

Access to the residence is also via a dedicated remote control, which will be provided. You can come and go at any time, day or night.

As in any residential complex, the outdoor areas are shared and cannot be reserved for the exclusive use of any apartment’s occupants. The usual rules of considerate behaviour apply: no noisy games, barbecues, littering or use of illegal substances. These rules help maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

**Other things to note**

Cleaning

We take great care to ensure our guests feel comfortable. The apartment is thoroughly and professionally cleaned before every arrival.

Large suitcases

The walk from the tram stop to the apartment is a few hundred metres and slightly uphill. If you are travelling with large, heavy suitcases, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber directly to 19 Avenue de Fabron.
