- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, from the ferry terminal located 25 minutes’ walk from the flat; 5 minutes by car.

Activities:
- A market on Place Bouvet, 250 metres away, takes place every Tuesday and Friday in the market halls, where you’ll find fresh produce.
- Saint-Servan is known for its main shopping street, the Solidor Tower and the Cité d’Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo
- You can reach the historic Intra-muros centre in 25 minutes on foot by walking down Saint-Servan’s high street
- Beaches and walks: sheltered from the wind and sunny, Saint-Servan’s beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can have lunch or enjoy a drink at ‘Bac’O Sablons’ whilst your children play on the sand below.
- Just a stone’s throw from the flat, you can enjoy Bel Air Park and its children’s play areas. We also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d’Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its Neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield.
