The Space:

The apartment is on the ground floor



The appartment includes:

• Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Bedroom area: Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding, and a ceiling fan.

• Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

• Dining area: a foldable table provides a comfortable spot for meals and folds down to free up space when not in use.

• Bathroom: bath/shower and toilets, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• The apartment also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Getting Around:

Metro Stations

Filles du Calvaire (Line 8): A short walk away, with easy access across the city and a quick connection to Bastille and République.

Saint-Sébastien-Froissart (Line 8): Also within easy walking distance, right at the edge of the Haut Marais.

Chemin Vert (Line 8): A few minutes' walk, close to Place des Vosges and the southern Marais.

Temple (Line 3) and Arts et Métiers (Lines 3 & 11): Slightly further but still walkable, connecting toward République and the Grands Boulevards.



RER

Châtelet–Les Halles (RER A, B, D): The closest major RER hub, about a 15-minute walk or a short metro ride, offering direct links to CDG Airport, Disneyland Paris, and the wider Île-de-France network.



From the Airports

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B toward Paris and get off at Châtelet–Les Halles, then transfer to métro Line 11 or 4 toward Rambuteau or République — a short walk from there to the apartment.

Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval tram to Antony, then RER B toward Paris, alighting at Châtelet–Les Halles before transferring to métro Line 11 or 4.



From the Main Train Stations

Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est: Take métro Line 4 toward Porte d'Orléans and change at Réaumur-Sébastopol for Line 3, or walk via Line 8 from Strasbourg-Saint-Denis to Filles du Calvaire.

Gare Saint-Lazare: Take métro Line 3 directly toward Gallieni and get off at Temple or Arts et Métiers.

Gare de Lyon or Gare d'Austerlitz: Take métro Line 8 toward Créteil–Pointe du Lac and alight at Filles du Calvaire or Chemin Vert.



Bus: Several lines serve the Marais and Rue du Perche area, including:

Bus 20: Connects Gare Saint-Lazare to Gare de Lyon, passing near the Haut Marais.

Bus 96: Runs from Montparnasse to Porte des Lilas, crossing straight through the Marais.

Bus 75: Links the Bastille/Marais area to Parc de la Villette.

Booking requirements:

• No security deposit required

• The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

• The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

• Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

• No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

• No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

• Lost keys incur a fee of €150
