Tourism Dirham tax of AED 10 per night is applicable on this property, along with a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).

- Construction

As Dubai continues to evolve and expand, construction works are common across many areas, including nearby areas of the property.



- Guest Registration

Passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests must be provided at least 48 hours in advance to ensure smooth check-in.



- Building Facilities

The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification.



- Additional Services

Early check-in, late check-out, baby cots, high chairs, extra beds, one-time grocery shopping, additional cleaning, and airport transfers are available upon request for an additional fee.
