The Space:
Step inside to the main-floor living room, where vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a smart TV create an easy spot to unwind after a day of Ozark adventures. Just off the living space, the kitchen and dining area come equipped with both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker, a dining table that seats 4, and additional counter seating for 3, making it easy for the whole group to gather over meals. Whatever your Ozarks adventure looks like, Cozy at the Cove gives you a comfortable home base to return to each day.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen bed, deck access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes bunk beds with a twin and a full mattress, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom that also serves as the home's guest bathroom, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is a one level, third-floor walk-up unit with 16 steps required to reach the main entrance.
• Guest parking is available in the lot with 2 first-come, first-served spaces; no parking pass required.
• Boat trailer parking is available for guests at an additional fee of $15 per day, paid in advance. Payment details will be provided prior to arrival.
• A washer and dryer are available for guest use, located in the kitchen, across from the fridge.
• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
• The outdoor communal pool and hot tub are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
