The property consists of two independent apartments on two levels, ideal for large families or groups of friends, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each floor features a cozy living room with Smart TV and double sofa bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. The living area opens onto a pleasant covered veranda with sofa and dining table, overlooking the large private garden. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with sea view, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. The living area leads to a spacious covered terrace with sofa and dining table, offering beautiful views of the sea and the islands of Molara and Tavolara. From the upper floor, you also have access to the back garden with barbecue area and outdoor shower.
All main rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available. Each floor is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request. The property offers two private parking spaces inside and an additional spot in the adjacent gated condominium area.
